The issue of the humanitarian crisis in Artsakh was included in the agenda of the PACE sessions

The issue of the humanitarian crisis caused by the blockade of the Lachin Corridor was included in the agenda of the PACE sessions.

"In favor - 91 votes," MP Sona Ghazaryan of the National Assembly "Civil Contract" faction announced on Twitter.

It should be reminded that since December 12, 2022, Azerbaijan has closed the Lachin Corridor connecting Artsakh to Armenia, as a result of which 120,000 residents of Artsakh, including 30,000 children, are under siege. 1100 civilians, including 270 minors, cannot return to Artsakh from RA. 19 children returned home on the Goris-Stepanakert road.

It is not possible to deliver 400 tons of food and medicine from RA to Artsakh every day.

12 children are in the neonatal and intensive care units, 11 patients are in the intensive care unit, and 4 are in critical condition. During this period, 46 Armenians and 4 foreigners in need of emergency medical care were transferred to RA through the mediation of the Red Cross. One of the patients died in Artsakh.

The electricity supply is on a six-hour schedule of fan outages, the gas supply is completely blocked. There is a food coupon system.
