Unfortunately, we have not found the missing citizen. In the morning, search and rescue operations resumed at the place of the explosion,  MES spokesman Hayk Kostanyan informed in a conversation with journalists.

"Employees of the special purpose rescue center of the MES rescue service, who are specialized in responding in such cases, work in that area. The work will continue until the citizen is found," he said.

Kostanyan also mentioned that the building can be dismantled only after finding the missing citizen.

"As soon as the citizen is found, questions will be raised about the security of the area. You notice that there are some problems in the panel and column section. We have to dismantle them. When there will not be any problem in the area in terms of security,  these works will be started by a professional organization, I think with the mediation of a private person because the area belongs to a private person," he said.

Kostanyan added that the search and rescue operations will be stopped tonight as well.
