If Berdzor and Aghavno are given to Azerbaijan on August 25, Artsakh will be surrounded. The leader of the "Heritage" political party, former RA Minister of Foreign Affairs, Raffi Hovhannisyan stated today in a conversation with journalists.

"A few days ago, we saw how the Secretary of the Security Council and the Minister of Foreign Affairs announced that they did not accept such a plan related to the handover of Berdzor. This was the opinion of official Yerevan. And here, a few days after that announcement, a man decided that he should hand over his native territories, the territories that were not even mentioned in the tripartite declaration. Now it is already visible what lowering the bar means," he said.

According to Hovhannisyan, territories are handed over illegally without taking into account the opinion of the Armenian people.

"Nikol Pashinyan is a traitor, he violated his constitutional oath to ensure territorial integrity, sovereignty and the life and safety of citizens, he must have that characteristic to leave as well. As we opened up our road to life before, now that road will be closed by our own hands. We will have victims, and citizen Pashinyan will be the of guilty of those victims," he said.
