Pashinyan officially states there are no servicemen of the RA Armed Forces in Nagorno-Karabakh

No matter how much the tripartite statement of November 9 is criticized, important security institutions of Nagorno-Karabakh are fixed in it, Prime Minister Pashinyan announced this during the Government session.

According to the Pashinyan, Azerbaijan is constantly talking about the Nagorno-Karabakh Armed Forces and why they are located along the contact line. If the Russian peacekeeping force guarantees the integrity of the contact line to Azerbaijan, the Nagorno-Karabakh Armed Forces will not need to be on combat duty. Such a need arose after Azerbaijan refused to sign the mandate of the peacekeepers and continuously violates the provisions of the November 9 declaration, including the cessation of all military operations, which is the essence of the above-mentioned document.

Nikol Pashinyan also announced that there are no servicemen of the RA Armed Forces in Nagorno-Karabakh.

"Azerbaijan also continuously speculates about the presence of the Armed Forces of Armenia in Nagorno-Karabakh. I have to officially record that there are no RA servicemen in Nagorno-Karabakh," he said.
