Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan had a telephone conversation with Russian President Vladimir Putin. The interlocutors discussed a number of issues related to the implementation of the trilateral statements signed by the leaders of Armenia, Russia, and Azerbaijan on November 9, 2020, January 11, and November 26, 2021. The parties agreed to continue contact at different levels.
Earlier today, the foreign ministers of Armenia and Russia also had a telephone conversation. Ararat Mirzoyan and Sergey Lavrov also discussed the process of implementation of agreements reached by tripartite declarations, as well as the prevailing security situation in the region, and other issues on the international agenda.
