Information about the withdrawal of part of the Russian peacekeeping contingent from Artsakh is incorrect. Security Council of Artsakh

In order to prevent further provocations, the Artsakh Security Council cooperates with the Russian peacekeeping contingent․

"In recent days, the active aggressive behavior of the enemy on the Artsakh-Azerbaijan line of contact has been manifested by shelling positions of the Artsakh Defense Army located near various settlements.

The use of mortars has already been added to such armed provocations.

We emphasize that the target of hostile actions is the civilian population in order to cause panic.

In order to prevent further provocations, the office of the Security Council cooperates with the Russian peacekeeping contingent. Urgent measures are being taken to force the enemy to remain faithful to the ceasefire agreements.

The information spread on Azerbaijani platforms, according to which the Russian peacekeeping contingent is withdrawing part of its forces from Artsakh to send to Ukraine, is incorrect. The peacekeeping contingent continues to carry out its mission in accordance with the provisions of the trilateral statement from November 9, 2020," Artsakh Security Council reports.
